Shipping Information:

Aka Couture offers multiple shipping options. Customers can choose to:

• Use our shipping services
• Arrange for their own courier partners to pick the order, 

Click & Collect UK:

1. Click & Collect UK

You can choose the Click & Collect UK option if you're planning to stop by our showroom any time soon. There will be no handling or shipping charges. 

2. Arrange for your own courier partners to pick the order 

You can arrange for your own courier partner to pick your order, all you need to do is email us at Orders@..........com, and notify of your courier details and collection time. Please take note of Showroom timings, and communicate accordingly. Your courier partner will have to prove their identity, and take the responsibility of shipment and sign a delivery note upon collection. We may contact you to confirm the legitimacy of courier partner before handing over the items, there will be no holding charges. 

3. Use of Shipping Services 

In case of our shipping services, total cost of shipping is calculated based upon weight of the total order. Simply add the products to your basket, and enter delivery address when prompted. Shipping cost will be estimated and displayed as Shipping Charges in the cart. 

Once your order is received, and if there is any issues with your order, for example, a style is out of stock or missing a piece, you will be contacted by telephone or email. Once you have confirmed the best way to proceed, your order will be shipped. The order will be held for a maximum of 24 hours without a response, then it will be shipped and the missing items will be credited to your AKA Couture account. 

Shipping to UK:

All orders take 2-3 working days to be dispatched. Shipping Charges for UK starts from £5.00. We offer FREE Shipping to UK Orders valued over £400 exc. VAT. Orders are dispatched using DPD NEXT DAY delivery services. However, we recommend you to allow up to 48 hours to receive your orders. Signature will be required on receipt when receiving the order. 

International & EU countries Shipping:

We ship internationally with DHL TNT & DPD. After an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them of this, and providing a tracking number. 

If preferred, customers can also arrange for their own couriers to collect the order from our Manchester branch, and not pay any shipping charges with us.

Here is a guide to our shipping costs. Please note that shipments sent with DHL are billed at the total weight. At checkout you will be charged for a box of up to 10kg weight. Once packed any boxes over the 10kg weight will be billed the additional weight and you will be contacted to pay these additional costs. Prices below include fuel surcharges, Brexit charges and ‘emergency situation’ (covid-19) charges. They do not include any remote area surcharges. Any delivery post codes classified as remote areas will incur additional charges at a minimum of £19.99.
